By using the services of Otwell Autos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Otwell Autos provides automotive care services including but not limited to car cleaning, detailing, spa treatments, dent repair, and painting services in California.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Liability and Warranties

We provide warranties on our services as specified in your service agreement. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing personal items from vehicles before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
